3C! Packaging, is a designer and manufacturer of custom folding cartons, printed literature and unit dose compliant packages based in Clayton, North Carolina. We are a privately owned company operating out of modern premises with a highly skilled staff, all working towards providing quality products and packaging solutions for our customers.

To some, Quality is in the eye of the beholder. To us at 3C! Packaging, Quality is “Exceeding Customer Expectations”.

The focus of Quality Assurance at 3C! Packaging is to ensure our customers receive a superior product. This is accomplished by maintaining a highly motivated, well-trained work force working within the guidelines of our quality system to assure the strictest adherence to our customers’ specifications and our own internal process controls. We emphasize continuous improvement in all aspects of our business and individual job functions and insist upon the total commitment of each employee to this end

Our quality system is designed with a “quality at the source” initiative. Many attributes specific to the process are monitored and documented in process control records. The system is ISO9001:2008 certified and has incorporated the necessary Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to prevent product mix and product contamination throughout the manufacturing process. Quality System Procedures (QSP) defines all aspects of our process and employees receive extensive training on QSP’s relevant to their job functions. The system also incorporates state of the art testing devices and statistical sampling methods to assure process control and product conformance.

With a total commitment to quality by our Senior Management Team, the quality system is consistently reviewed to ensure its relevance and importance to the company’s mission, objectives, and long range plans.
